Since 2003, Italian companies have been able to take advantage of contributions for the training of their employees, joining the Interprofessional Funds for continuous training free of charge.
The company 3A Consulting SRL, based in Milan and Vigevano (PV), has been working with companies for a long time, favoring the use of these resources, through the presentation to the Funds of various continuous training plans.
Over the past two years, 3A has begun a fruitful collaboration with the FonARCom Fund, promoting, among client companies and others, the use of the tools made available by the Fund to meet the various training needs.
Using FonARCom is simple and it is possible to finance any type of training activity. Joining the Fund, the companies have the possibility both to present individual training plans, and to participate in inter-company activities, ideal for micro and small shops. 3A can support all the phases of the activity.
The collaboration with 3A Consulting will allow A.I.F.M. to satisfy the requests of its members in taking advantage of financed training tools to be used in the Association courses.
